TUBAL
ONLINE
ACCREDITATION
PROCESS
The
Tubal Online Accreditation System combines
the ease of the Tubal Accreditation System
with the convenience of the Internet. All
the park specific documentation necessary
for your Park to gain CIA Accreditation
can easily be accessed online. This includes:
-
The
OH&S, Risk Management & Quality
Practices Management Manual, consists
of over 500 pages and 20 chapters
of OH&S compliance and Management/Staff
training. This manual can be accessed
via searching for a specific topic,
or chapter by chapter if required.
Tubal can also provide a Hard Copy
of this manual if required.
-
All
the necessary policies, procedures,
codes of practice and management instruments
for CIA Accreditation and OH&S
Compliance can be accessed, and edited
to become park specific. It is also
possible to choose individual or sections
of these policies to download and
print out. These Policies, Procedures
and Codes of Practice are also available
in hard copy by contacting Tubal.
-
An
online questionnaire that when completed
by the Park owner/manager will enable
Tubal to produce:
-
unique business, marketing and
environmental plans
-
management
and staff files containing job
descriptions, training plans,
policies, procedures, codes
of practice and sign-off documents.
-
An
OH&S Risk Management Compliance
Inspection of your Park that on completion
will provide an OH&S Risk Management
Compliance Implementation Plan and
Report. This document will meet OH&S
Legislative, CIA Accreditation and
Insurance Underwriters’ requirements
to access lower insurance premiums.
-
Job
descriptions are provided with
each staff file, however, in anticipation
for the need of ongoing job descriptions
and due to changes in staff or
job roles, Tubal has developed
an Online
Job Descriptions Compiler. This
allows registered customers the
ability to log onto the Tubal
Website and create new job descriptions
as required
