The
Compliance Management System (CMS) is a unique
quality management toolbox that will markedly
improve business performance, encourage Best
Practice and meet OH&S Compliance. To
ensure data integrity and confidentiality,
CMS uses a secure web encryption tunnel that
is identical to the secure system used by
financial institutions. The CMS automatically
produces pre-determined tasks and established
timeframes, requiring management and staff
to report the progress or completion of their
tasks back to the System. It logs all entries,
which can be date accessed, thus providing
the history of management, operation and evidence
of Legislative Compliance with the necessary
integrity. The System also has an Assets,
Maintenance/Breakdown and Tagging Register.
