Tubal
has an extensive background and experience in
OH&S, Risk Management, Human Resource Consultancy
and Training. They have provided their professional
consultancy services to numerous organisations
over 18 years and to the caravan park industry
over the past 9 years. This includes the development
of the Caravan Industry’s National Competency
Standards, assessment and issuing of National
Qualifications from Certificate II through to
Diploma, production of OH&S, Quality Management,
Policy and Procedures Manuals for all industry
sectors and OH&S audits, reports and plans.
Tubal’s
role with the Caravan Industry broadened in
2001 when the CIA licensed them to assist with
the National Accreditation of Caravan Parks.
To date they have worked with a large number
of Parks around Australia in helping them to
achieve their OH&S Compliance and Accreditation
goal by providing structured quality systems.
To that end, Tubal has developed a range of
innovative resources and products to help Parks
move swiftly through Accreditation in an efficient
uncomplicated process. These resources and products
are recognised by major insurance underwriters
as a benchmark to assess quality and compliance
for insurance in the assessment for lower premiums.
