TUBAL'S E-LEARNING SYSTEM & PROCESSES

 

Tubal’s Learning and Qualifications introduce a unique E-Learning process of Quality Standards into daily tasks and management performance of the business. It is an unobtrusive process that allows participants to develop their work skills or simply demonstrate competency (RPL) while supporting daily work commitments. 

 

The process is carried out within Tubal’s Compliance Management System, which is a web-based Quality Management System that uses a secure web encryption tunnel identical to the secure systems used by financial institutions.  This unique process ensures absolute security and legal compliance of all input from participants, employers and Tubal Assessors.  It also establishes enormous efficiency, accuracy and thoroughness of the assessment and training process and outcome.

 

A further significant benefit of the System is participants can be constantly reviewed, supported and in some instances assessed over the web throughout Australia (and the World), which cannot be achieved with such efficiency and accuracy without Assessors continually visiting workplaces.

 

 

The Process

 

Tubal’s Training and Assessment process is implemented through the ‘secure web’ Compliance Management System .  Each participant is provided with a 'secure' logon and password, through which they can enrol, select their qualification stream and build a training plan. When complete they confirm their plan and make it available to Tubal for the necessary input and approval.  Once approved, the participant is able to access each competency mapped task and commence their Qualification. 

 

The employer/manager is also provided with ‘secure access’, which will enable them to view the input of all employees or formulate their own performance evaluations of each participant and enter appropriate comments.   All comments, are automatically highlighted for Tubal to assess. 

 

Where Tubal identifies specific knowledge is required by a  participant, case studies, projects, etc, can be provided through the System.  To that end, participants are also able to access on-line indexed training manuals and upload projects, case studies, assignments or required evidence into their ‘secure’ web file.

 

Given that the overall assessment process is based on the Participant implementing the relative Park Quality Standards, where needed, Tubal is also able to assist by establishing Quality Management Systems for the Business through the Compliance Management System.
