The Importance of a Training Culture

Adopting of Training Culture.......It's Essential

There are many challenges facing business owners and managers in today’s competitive and highly legislative business environment.  The lack of experienced managers and staff, can prevent the business from operating efficiently or growing to its true potential. Tubal has addressed several aspects of those issues by offering a unique work based assessment and training process.  This process enables managers and staff to embark on a career pathway through gaining National Qualifications and where appropriate with the support of Federal and State funding.  It is an unobtrusive process that allows participants to build and enhance their work skills or simply demonstrate competency while undertaking daily work commitments.

A Training Culture is Fundamental in Business Success

The ongoing search for experienced management and staff is of concern for a majority business.  Strong evidence suggests that quality employees are attracted to organisations that have a strong industry training culture and subsequently offer career pathways. The future development and successful implementation of a training culture within a particular industry relies on the leaders who are prepared to adopt a “culture of training and encourage formal qualifications”

Tubal believes to successfully introduce a training culture into an organisation, it is essential that a "Top Down Approach" be implemented.  A “Top Down Approach” is all about assessing and training business managers against the highest qualification of management diploma.  The premise behind this process is, a training culture cannot exist if the people who manage and control the business do not have formal management qualifications themselves, thus recognise its importance.  A training culture is driven from the “Top” and once adopted, management will encourage, even demand the pursuit of formal qualifications of  their staff.

Tubal invites Business owners and manager to consider the enormous business, professional and personal advantages that National Qualifications offer
