Tubal's Learning Assessment Process 

Importantly, Tubal’s qualification process acknowledges the skills, knowledge and experience of participants who have been adequately caring for the organisation’s pool as part of their job role. This method of implementing the Skills Group enables all assessment and learning to be undertaken in the workplace through our unique E-Learning and Assessment concept and within a timeframe that suits the participant and more importantly the business.  Participants will be required to demonstrate their current skills in managing and caring for the pool for which they are responsible and where identified adopt any skills or management procedures that are not already being addressed.
