We have provided professional vocational education and training, OH&S, risk management and human resource consultancy for 21 years. We have developed numerous Staff, Management, OH&S and Emergency Management training programs and have provided consultancy to the State and Federal Government and business organisations nationally. As a consequence of our unique training and consultancy practices we were awarded an International Best Practice from the Petroleum Industry and a National Best Practice from the State Government and the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA).

Provided consultancy to the petroleum retail industry nationally and designed, developed and delivered management and staff training. The program was recognised by the then Federal Educational Minister as unique and went on to be awarded National Best Practice.
We have provided training support and consultancy to the Caravan Park Industry since 1996, which included the establishment of an initial qualification structure and career pathways for both existing staff and people entering the industry.
Have worked with over 300 Caravan Holiday Parks nationally providing them with CRVA Tourism Accreditation, OH&S Compliance and Caravan Park Qualifications.
Designed, developed and delivered highly successful VET in School Programs for the retail, petroleum, hospitality and caravan park industries and numerous participating schools for year 12 students. All participating students are assessed against a Certificate II Qualification.
Developed the initial Caravan Industry National Competency Standards, Qualification Frameworks and Assessment Exempla Instruments through Federal Government contracts in 1988.
Have issued many National Qualifications from Certificate II through to Diploma, our current RTO scope is within the Caravan Park and Hospitality industries.
Deliver Hospitality Qualifications to a significant number of our Clients' employees within the Hospitality Industry.
Have developed a unique 'secure' web based management and E-Learning System, which we consider to be one of our greatest achievements. Implemented in a very friendly-user format, it enables participants to learn or self assess over the web in a process that embraces an outcome of thoroughness and accuracy.
