TUBAL QUALITY ACCREDITATION SYSTEM
The Tubal Accreditation System recognises that many parks are hesitant in pursuing Accreditation because of either time constraints or lack of understanding with regard to the documentation and required processes. Tubal builds all the Park specific documentation necessary for your Park to gain CIA Accreditation. The Park is then simply required to implement the system to achieve Accreditation. TUBAL provides all the Park specific documentation without hundreds of hours of input from the Park. These include:
1.
The OH&S, Risk Management & Quality Practices Management Manual, consists of 500 pages and 20 chapters of OH&S compliance and Management/Staff training.
2.
A set of 7 binders containing indexed park specific documents of all the necessary policies, procedures, codes of practice and management instruments for CIA Accreditation and OH&S Compliance.
3.
An emailed questionnaire that when completed by the Park owner/manager will enable Tubal to produce Park specific policies/procedures, business, marketing, environmental plans, management and staff files containing job descriptions, training plans, policies, procedures, codes of practice and sign-off documents.
4.
An OH&S Risk Management Compliance Inspection of your Park that on completion will provide an OH&S Risk Management Compliance Implementation Plan and Report. This document will meet OH&S Legislative, CIA Accreditation and Insurance Underwriters’ requirements to access lower insurance premiums.
5.
Job descriptions are provided with each staff file, however, in anticipation for the need of ongoing job descriptions and due to changes in staff or job roles, Tubal has developed an Online Job Descriptions Compiler. This allows registered customers the ability to log onto the Tubal Website and create new job descriptions as required.
