Compliance Management System
The Compliance Management System (CMS) is a unique quality management toolbox that will markedly improve business performance, encourage Best Practice and meet OH&S Compliance. To ensure data integrity and confidentiality, CMS uses a secure web encryption tunnel that is identical to the secure system used by financial institutions. The CMS automatically produces pre-determined tasks and established timeframes, requiring management and staff to report the progress or completion of their tasks back to the System. It logs all entries, which can be date accessed, thus providing the history of management, operation and evidence of Legislative Compliance with the necessary integrity. The System also has an Assets, Maintenance/Breakdown and Tagging Register.
E-Learning Assessment
Meeting the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), Tubal’s unique E-Learning-Assessment System offers National Qualifications. The E-Learning-Assessment process outlines and supports the daily tasks and performance of participants and the business relative to each required Competency. It is an unobtrusive process that allows participants to develop their work skills or simply demonstrate existing competency (RPL) in the workplace while meeting their daily work commitments. While Tubal Assessors provide one-on-one support within the workplace, participants' work skills and knowledge performance can be monitored and signed-off remotely with incredible accuracy and efficiency.
